None of these independent or separate things are practically feasible or desirable. The main reason is there is no distinct geographical area where all the BODO people and only the BODO live. Bodos are indigenous Assamese people and are distribute all over Assam. How can one divide it anyway? Present BTAD area can not and should not be named as the so called Bodoland as very very large number of non-bodos are living there from historical time.
Committment of the Govt is very much sensible; it will try to develop all including Bodos.
