Mismanagement during floods results in mass-crisis in the State.

Guwahati/ 21st June’2017 (Prag News Desk): Multiple cases of government mismanagement has come to light.
One Rameshwar of Mulan village was waded through neck-high waters of the Janakpur river that washed away the conjoined bridge of Rangapara and Balipara.

In a similar tale, a newly wed fell into flowing waters when the bridge broke in half . They were on way from Bongalkota to Bipuria, Assam.

The officials are yet to take notice and mend the ways. The worst case of recurrent constituency is district Majuli that is sunmerged in flash floods.
