Peru’s new ambassador, an Indo-American.
Guwahati/ 29th June’2017 (Prag News Desk): US President Donald Trump nominated a 30-year Indo-American Krishna R Urs to be the ambassador to Peru.
Krishna R Urs currently in the charge of the US Embassy in Madrid was appointed by former President Barack Obama.
Knowing multi languages, earlier Krishna was the Deputy Chief of Mission in Spain, source added.
Krishna specialized in economic issue having experiences in developed extensive policy in the Andean region of South America, said White House.
Last week Trump nominated Kenneth Juster to be the Ambassador in New Delhi who earlier was the President’s Deputy Assistant for International Economic Affairs and Deputy Director of the National Economic Council.
At the highest designation levels of the US State Department’s, Trump has appointed an Indo-American Nikki Haley as the United States Permanent Representative of the UN.
