Guwahati/ 8th August’2017 (Prag News Desk): At least three people died and around 300 people under medical treatment due to outbreak acute gastroenteritis in Nagaland on Monday. The outbreak occurred in Wanching village in Mon district situated near Myanmar border. Nearly 316 case of acute gastroenteritis were found. Around 30 patients were admitted which three of them lost their life. The Information, Education and Communication department have spread proper education on consumption and boiled water, hand washing. The department is sharing the important measures of prevention which will allow the people to stay safe. Assam Rifles personnel were conducting and delivering smooth healthcare to the village people and affected area.
