Blast occur at Moreh in Manipur
Guwahati/ 12th August’2017 (Prag News Desk): Early morning blast took place near the Indo-Myanmar international border on Saturday. The blast took place few days before Independence Day celebration to destroy peace in the border town. Bomb blast occurred in Moreh a small town in Tengnoupal district of Manipur. Hijam Chaoba, Station House Officer of Moreh police station said that the blast was practiced by suspected border militants in the early morning.
As per information a remote controlled bomb was planted opposite the Sun Rise Club in Moreh. Soon after the blast Assam Rifles were immediately rush on the spot to control the situation as no causalities were reported including no arrest of militant were arrested. This blast before the Independence Day brings up a more tight security in the nation. As the government was concerned over such increasing violence took place in the border areas. A week before a remote controlled bomb was planted which was successfully neutralised by the bomb squad officials and control the violence situation. A woman was shot dead two months back as so arrest have been made so far.
Police officials were continuously patrolling and running their operation with high security to handle and stop such incident, source added.
