Indian teen set record of being youngest pilot
Guwahati/7th September’2017 (Prag News Desk): A 14-year-old Indian-origin teen recorded of becoming the youngest pilot to fly a single-engine aircraft. Mansour Anis currently a student of ninth standard in Delhi Private School in Sharjah, UAE will fly an aircraft as he received a certificate from an AAA aviation academy in Canada last week for his first solo flight, source added. Anis takes off and landed successfully from Langley Regional Airport. He is not only to achieved the title of being youngest pilot he also set a record of being pilot with least number of training. The previous record was set by a 15-year-old German pilot and a 14-year-old US pilot. They took a training of 34 hours as India’s Mansour takes off flight with a training of just 25 hours, source added.
