Guwahati/ 16th September’2017 (Prag News Desk): The North Eastern Electric Power Corporation (NEEPCO) aanounced that its two hydro electric projects in Arunachal Pradesh are on the verge of completion and they would be commissioned next year.
Commissioning of the 600 MW Kameng Hydro Electric Project and the 110 MW Pare Hydro Electric Project was delayed by about a couple of months due to floods and landslides. Here, the North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO) contributed a sum of Rs 50 lakh to the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund under the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative that was handed over to Chief Minister Pema Khandu by a team of NEEPCO officials on Friday.
