Typhoon causes heavy downpour in Southern Japan


Guwahati/ 16th September’2017 (Prag News Desk): As a result of the strong winds of Typhoon Talim There’s been heavy rainfall around the southern parts of Japan for last few days.

According to sources, more than 2 lacs people in China  have been displaced by the Typhoon Talim earlier this week.

The Japan Meteorological Agency issued strong warning expecting heavy rainfall on the Southern most island Kyushu, which was hit by a deluge in July that resulted in flooding in the region.

There were also flight cancellations in the region due to the Typhoon Talim during the last few days.
