“In next four years Patanjali to overtake Unilever to become largest FMCG Company”
Guwahati/30th September’2017 (Prag News Desk): India-owned Patanjali is the fastest selling company in India said Yoga guru Swami Ramdev. Patanjali in the coming years 2020-21 it would become the world’s largest fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. It would easily overtake its largest competitors Unilever and other brands. Patanjali is working to create largest production capacity of Rs 1 lakh crore which can take the brand to complete all around the world. In the present time the production capacity facility in Haridwar is about Rs 15,000 crore and the Tezpur production facility has capacity of Rs 25,000 crore. Patanjali has prepared to start upcoming production facilities at Noida, Nagpur, Indore and Andhra Pradesh. The FMCG group has risen in a short span of time and they were planning to launch sale of jeans, trousers, kurtas, shirts, suitings, sportswear and yoga wear. Swami Ramdev called to boycott Chinese product and foreign goods and they have planned to export Indian good to China along with other countries in the world.
