70 killed in twin mosques blast in Afghanistan
Guwahati/21 October’2017 (Prag News Desk): At least 70 people were killed in a twin suicide attacks on mosques in Afghanistan on Friday. The incident took place at two different places as the blast took place at two different mosque one in the capital city of Afghanistan’s Kabul and other in western province of Ghor. The blast took place at around 6 pm where worshippers gathered in the mosque for prayer. Around 45 people were seriously injured in the explosion as the injured were immediately admitted in the nearest hospital. The police officials immediately rushed on the spot to control up the situation and they have started their investigation operation. The blast first took place at the capital city then after an hour the Khwajagan mosque in Ghor. It was a painful day for the Afghanistan civilians as in the religious holiday on Friday militants targeted the innocent people. No terror group has been claimed for the attack. The police officials said that death toll would rise as many were recovered in critical condition.
