PM pays tribute to Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary

Guwahati/ 14th November’2017 (Prag News Desk): Prime Minister Narendra Modi pays tribute to the first Prime Minister of India Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on his 128th birth anniversary on Tuesday. Nehru was born on November 14, 1889 in Allahabad who is popularly known as “Chacha Nehru”. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru became first Prime Minister on August 15, 1947 on the same day when India receives Independence from British rule. Nehru was a student of Trinity College, Cambridge where he completes his graduation with an honours degree in natural science in the year 1910. He was a student of studied politics, economics, history and literature. He completes his degree in the year 1910 and moved to London to pursue Law degree. In the year 1912 he return back to India and enrolled himself as an advocate in Allahabad High Court . He was known as the paramount leader during Indian Independence Movement. On his birthday children’s day was celebrated across the nation.
