President to arrive northeastern states

Guwahati/ 15th November’2017 (Prag News Desk): President Ram Nath Kovind to arrive three northeastern states on his four-day tour from November 19. Kovind to visit Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur as this will be his first visit to northeastern states after becoming the President. Kovind will arrive to participate in the valedictory function of the completion in Vivekananda Kendra at Itanagar on November 19. In the same vary day President to dedicate the new legislative assembly of Arunachal Pradesh to the people. On the next day, President will inaugurate the Namami Barak festival which is going to held at Silchar in Assam. He will also be the part of a civic reception organised by Gauhati University in Guwahati City. Kovind will arrive to Manipur on November 21 to inaugurate the North East Development Summit and the annual Manipur Sangai festival. It is also expected that President to visit INA War Memorial at Moirang on November 22 before returning to Delhi.
