8 killed in helicopter crash at Indonesia

Guwahati/ 3rd July’2017 (Prag News Desk): At least 8 people were killed in a helicopter crash in western Indonesia.

Rescue officials were present after the incident and rescue the bodies from the spot on Monday and were immediately sent to the Gotot Subroto Navy hospital.

The national search and rescue officials said the incident occur as the helicopter hits in a hill in Temanggung district of Central Java on Sunday around 4pm.

The helicopter was flying towards the Dieng volcano to evacuate victims of a steam eruption.

Among the victims four were the crews and rest four were the rescues, source added.

The National Transport Safety Commission was working in further investigation.
