Indian quashed by Ghana court for obtaining fake marriage certificate

Guwahati/ 4th August’2017 (Prag News Desk): An Indian was overturned for allegedly obtaining fake marriage certificate to stay in the country at Ghana.

Interior Minister Ambrose Dery said Indian had engaged in fraud.

Ashok Kumar Sivaram who acquired fake marriage certificate and living in the country from 2015, source added.  

The fake marriage certificate was issued by Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) to Ashok Kumar Sivaram.

Ghana administration ordered to deport Sivaram on May 15. Administration acts as fraudulent and criminal.

The Ghana Immigration Service deported Sivaram on June 1.
