West Bengal Police suspected Nepalese Maoists for Darjeeling blast


Guwahati/ 25th August’2017 (Prag News Desk): The blast took place in the West Bengal’s northern hills where Nepalese Maoists is suspected with the incident. The police officials were looking into the link of active militants who were engaged with the Northeast blast. The officials said there were allegations of links between the Nepalese Maoists and the principal parties in the hills. Gorkha Janmukti Morcha demanded for separate state of Gorkhaland from last two months which witnessed explosion where a civic volunteer died and other two security personnel were injured. The GJM young youth leader Paldem Bhutia was arrested for the charge for torching of Pedong outpost of Kalimpong police station on Thursday night. The six other were arrested earlier during the incident. The incident affected the life of the common people from last June which also affected the tourist people travelling to Darjeeling and including the economy market of tea and timber.
