Guwahati/1st September’2017 (Prag News Desk): At least 38 people were killed as several boats sank in southeastern Bangladesh on Friday. Another 15 bodies were recovered on Friday morning which increase death toll to 38 from 23. The incident took place in the river border as the boats were travelling from Myanmar to Bangladesh. The rescue team immediately rushed on the spot after the incident took place. The bodies were recovered from the Naf River which divides Bangladesh and Myanmar. The police officials said they were putting all their effort for searching the missing people as the operation is still underway.
