“Treasured Wheels” eviction notice out!
Guwahati/4th September’2017 (Prag News Desk): Assam Government has decided to evict the famous Treasured Wheels situated at Sonapur in Guwahati. Government were continuously evicted the illegal construction established after 2005 near the wildlife sanctuary. Treasured Wheels is a museum owned by Pickloo Deka who had a passion to shape and frame the vintage and classic cars and bikes including the accessories. Deka is also working as an engineer with Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB). It is one of the famous tourist places in Assam to showcase all vintage things. The museum consists of around 50 cars and 25 bikes along with clock, gas masks, parachutes, music instruments, gadgets etc of the Second World War. As the Treasured wheels have claimed their organisation is established before 2003 but the notice was forwarded by the government officials to clean up the heritage museum.
