Pollution-free firecrackers launched in New Delhi.
Guwahati/ 6th January’2018 (Prag News Desk): On Friday, Science and technology minister, Harsh Vardhan launched a pollution-free firecrackers in New Delhi. Addressing the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Vardhan said that the mission is deployed to come up with a solution for polluted air.
Vardhan, who also handles the charge of the environment ministry, called on science and technology institutes to form an alliance and to tackle the issue.
Girish Sahni, director general of CSIR said that several CSIR laboratories have integrated to robust S&T (science and technology) strategy for the development of eco-friendly firecrackers and fireworks.
