IPS officer makes India proud

Ultraman-the world’s toughest triathlon held in Australia, tests one’s physical and mental endurance. The event actually stretches over three days with culmination of three events that includes swimming, cycling and marathon running over long distances.

Indian Police Services officer Krishna Prakash has made his country proud by completing the world’s toughest Triathlon.

Before this, Officer Krishna Prakash competed for the Iron-man title in France which he successfully completed and won the title.

Before 48 years old IPS Officer Krishna Prakash, it was actor-model Milind Soman who left everybody spellbound when he completed the world’s toughest triathlon – Ironman, that he completed at the age of 50.

World’s toughest Triathlon

The Ironman Triathlon is one of the most challenging long-distance triathlon consisting of a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile (42.20 km) run. Pictures and videos of IPS Krishna Prakash completing the triathlon have been going viral online as friends, family and admirers appreciate the spirit of the Indian officer. Milind Soman completed the Florida Ultraman 2017 challenge by covering 517.5 km barefoot.

Now after winning Ironman, IPS Officer Krishna Prakash has added yet another feather to his cap by winning the Australian Ultraman title successfully.
