Guwahati: Every year the first Wednesday of November is observed as the International Stress Awareness Day. The day came into prominence after an initiative launched by the International Stress Management Association (ASMA) that intends to raise awareness about stress and methods to fight it.
The day encourages people to sit back, unwind and embrace peace. International Stress Awareness Day is even more significant this year due to the tough times people across the world have gone through in the COVID-19 outbreak.

Spend time with your close ones - - Talk about your feelings to your loved ones regularly. A healthy communication channel must be maintained to strengthen relationships and to fight stress.
