Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the rally at Karminganj, Assam today. The rally is part of the Bhartia Janta Party’s (BJP) campaign.
Addressing the rally, the PM said that Congress has always divided the people of Assam whereas BJP is connecting them.
“Will be in Assam tomorrow, 18th March. Looking forward to being among the people of this great state during the rally in Karimganj. Assam has witnessed positive changes across various sectors over the last 5 years. NDA seeks people’s blessings to continue the development agenda,” he tweeted yesterday before his arrival in the state today.
Heavy Security arrangements have been made prior to the Prime Minister’s arrival.
