    Digital Desk: According to Union health ministry data updated on Monday, India has logged 1,805 new coronavirus cases, while active cases have surpassed the 10,000 mark after 134 days. The positivity rate is 3.19 percent, and the weekly positivity rate is 1.39 percent. The number of active cases has risen to 10,300, according to data updated at 8 a.m. The number of active cases was 9,433 as of Sunday, according to the health ministry. The death toll has risen to 5,30,837, with six deaths reported in a 24-hour period by Chandigarh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh, and two reconciled by Kerala.

    Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan will meet with State Health Secretaries and senior officers via video conferencing to review Covid-19 readiness. A nationwide mock drill is scheduled for April 10-11, with health facilities from all districts expected to participate. The details of the mock drill will be discussed at today's meeting.
