Sunday, the Congress expressed outrage at the assassination of its leader and
well-known Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala Mansa district. Unidentified gunmen
opened fire on Moose Wala, critically injuring him.
The event
occurred a day after his security protection was revoked by the Punjab
government. Moose Wala has been shot, according to the police.
In December of last year, the singer became a
member of the Congress party.
"The assassination of Shri Sidhu Moose Wala,
a great musician and a Congress candidate from Punjab, has come as a severe
shock to the Congress party and the entire nation." Our hearts go out to
