"Mood in Mannat (Shah Rukh Khan’s Bandra, Mumbai residence) at this point is joyous and celebratory, and many celebrities have been dropping"...
Digital Desk: After the success of King Khan's most recent blockbuster, Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan made his first tweet, which had many of his admirers in tears. King Khan discussed the much-discussed subject of making a comeback after years without delivering a hit picture in his tweet. "You aren't supposed to plan your return, he wrote. You are intended to advance. Don't return... Try to finish the task you began. Just some 57-year-advice." tweeted SRK on his third day at the box office results.
The movie had earned Rs. 36 crores in India when Shah Rukh sent his tweet. As a result, the Hindi version of the movie has earned a total of 163.50 crores in India, with an estimated 280–290 crores worldwide.
On the same day, it was reported that numerous big personalities from India's entertainment industry, including Alia Bhatt, comedian Kapil Sharma, and actor Ranveer Singh, had visited Shah Rukh to congratulate him on the success of his film. Alia was seen doing a crazy dance in an Instagram video while Ranveer applauded from a distance.
Quoting a close insider, the Pinkvilla website reported, "The mood in Mannat (Shah Rukh Khan's Bandra, Mumbai mansion) at this moment is cheerful and celebratory, and many celebs have been coming by to wish Shah Rukh Khan for Pathaan's success. Yesterday, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, and Kapil Sharma each met Shah Rukh to congratulate him. The actor, too, is thrilled and overjoyed by the outpouring of love. Meanwhile, these visits are set to continue during the holiday weekend."
Pathaan's success has made people in India's entertainment business exceedingly thrilled, since it may resurrect Bollywood's fortunes. However, the boycott group is being widely mocked when their demand for a boycott of the film backfired. Several influential BJP leaders had tacitly supported the campaign for a boycott of the film, accusing Shah Rukh of hurting Hindu sensitivities.
While announcing the return of the 'King,' filmmaker Karan Johar took a jab at the boycotters, saying that the king had gone nowhere and was merely waiting for the right time to rule. Shah Rukh's admirers have affectionately termed him the king of Bollywood.
