Raipur: It’s the wedding season and all the couples are looking forward to give their best shot in their wedding pics, in their most innovative way possible. To make it a grand affair, event planners are pushing their boundaries further and providing the best night for the couples. From chariots, rotating platforms and swings, weddings these days have become the grandest affair.
A couple from Chhattisgarh’s Raipur was left injured when one such wedding gimmick went horribly wrong as per a report by news24.com. A video of the incident has now gone viral.

The video shows a soon-to-be married couple on an oval-shaped swing with lots of fireworks around the stage and background dancers. Suddenly, the harness snaps and the couple take a tumble while the guests are seen screaming and running towards the stage.
The harness snapped when the swing was at the height of 12 feet. The couple reportedly fell and received minor injuries. The couple was then administered first aid following which the wedding rituals continued after 30 minutes.
The event management company has taken the responsibility for the mishap ad is providing all help needed to the couple.
