Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have finalized their wedding venue; know details

Mumbai: Love birds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have finalized their wedding venue. Fans are waiting for another most awaited wedding of the Bollywood industry, Ranbir and Alia.

As per sources, the couple had earlier decided to get married this year by December. However, they later stated that they had to delay the schedule due to the pandemic. So, they are planning to tie the knot in January 2022.

Unlike Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's destination wedding, Ranbir and Alia will have their wedding celebrations right in Mumbai as the venue. 

A close source to Alia stated, " Alia and Ranbir might not go to a destination wedding but will get hitched in Mumbai itself. The couple will tie the knot in the presence of their close and loved ones. They don't want to do a grand wedding. It will be closed knit affair as Ranbir and Alia are very private people."

The source further added, "Ranbir's uncles and Alia's father Mahesh Bhatt won't be competent to travel far for their wedding. Due to their convenience and happiness, they, too, are willing to get hitched in Mumbai. It is stated that they have almost finalized Taj Land Ends as their wedding venue." 

Earlier this year, the star Ranbir had confirmed his relationship with Alia. He even shared their marriage plans but asserted that they were pushed to postpone their special day due to the pandemic.

The couple will be seen together on the work front in the upcoming movie Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji.
