The report, which compiled data from IMDB, reveals that SRK charges between Rs 150 crores to Rs 250 crores per film. This places him ahead of Bollywood heavyweights like Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, and Akshay Kumar, as well as South Indian cinema icons such as Rajinikanth, Prabhas, Thalapathy Vijay, and Allu Arjun.
Shah Rukh Khan's top position on the list follows a stellar year in 2023, where he had three box office hits. His impressive earnings have not only outshone his contemporaries but also reinforced his dominance in the Indian film industry.
Tamil superstar Rajinikanth follows closely, with his per-film charge ranging between Rs 150 crores and Rs 210 crores, securing the second spot. Thalapathy Vijay claims the third position, commanding fees between Rs 130 crores and Rs 200 crores per project.
Prabhas, another South Indian superstar, ranks fourth with his charges estimated to be between Rs 100 crores and Rs 200 crores. Completing the top five is Aamir Khan, who reportedly charges Rs 100 crore to Rs 175 crores per film.
Salman Khan holds the sixth spot, with his fees ranging from Rs 100 crores to Rs 150 crores. Legendary actor Kamal Haasan is placed seventh, also demanding between Rs 100 crores and Rs 150 crores per film. Allu Arjun is in eighth position with a fee of Rs 100 crores to Rs 125 crores.
Bollywood’s Akshay Kumar and Ajith Kumar round off the top ten list. Akshay's charges are believed to range between Rs 60 crores and Rs 145 crores, while Ajith reportedly demands Rs 105 crores per film. Notably, Amitabh Bachchan, a stalwart of Indian cinema, did not feature in the top ten highest-paid actors of 2024.
A report by Business Insider estimates Shah Rukh Khan’s net worth at approximately Rs 6300 crores, solidifying his status as one of the wealthiest actors globally. In comparison, Aamir Khan’s net worth is around Rs 1862 crores, while Salman Khan’s is approximately Rs 2900 crores. Akshay Kumar’s net worth stands at about Rs 2500 crores.
In the South, Rajinikanth's net worth is estimated to be Rs 430 crores, Vijay’s at Rs 474 crores, and Prabhas’ at Rs 348.55 crores.
