Thalapathy Vijay & Sanjay Dutt starrer film LEO advance booking saw worth ₹1.2 crore tickets sold in India so far; Reports
Leo's early booking saw More than 64000 tickets have been sold for Vijay and Trisha's film...

Digital Desk: On Friday, advance ticketing for Vijay's upcoming Tamil flick Leo initially began. The film will be released in theatres on October 19.

According to Sacnilk.com, the film has already received 1.2 crores in advance bookings. With only five days until the film's debut, the number is projected to rise higher.

As indicated by the report, 64,229 tickets were sold for the 446 Tamil shows of Leo on Friday. It implies a total collection of Rs. 1.20 crore so far. The reports point out to note that Chennai had the best response, with 70 percent of advance bookings coming from the city. Madurai, where the Leo trailer was released with great excitement, accounted for 34% of the advance bookings.

After the 2021 hit film 'Master', Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj reunite to work in Leo. Vijay is also reunited with Trisha Krishnan in the flick. The on-screen couple has already provided hits such as Ghilli, Kuruvi, Thirupaachi, and Aathi.

Notably, Bollywood's most stunning actor Sanjay Dutt also plays a significant role in the film. Leo makes his Tamil debut after debuting in Kannada with KGF: Chapter 2.

Arjun Sarja, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, Mysskin, and Gautham Vasudev Menon all appear in Leo. The film's music was composed by the most talented Anirudh Ravichander.

Sanjay Dutt's Leo look debuted on his birthday in July. Lokesh posted the first peek video to X with the caption, "Meet #AntonyDas." @duttsanjay sir, a modest present from all of us! It was a pleasure to collaborate with you! #Leo #HappyBirthdaySanjayDutt." The video shows Sanjay as Antony Das making his way through a large crowd.

Previously, the Leo audio event in Chennai slated for September 30 was cancelled due to "overflowing pass requests and safety constraints."
