A snap of Ranbir Kapoor in the fresh new Shamshera poster has been released.
Digital Desk: Ranbir Kapoor hasn't seen on the big screen since 2018's Sanju, but he has a busy year ahead of him. On social media, a poster showing his new look from the film has been circulating, and director Karan Malhotra has confirmed that it is not a fake.
Following Brahmastra, RK will star alongside Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt in Shamshera.
The audience had previously got a partial view of Ranbir's face. On the other hand, Ranbir is depicted in the new image with an untidy beard and shaggy, flowing hair. He's holding a colossal combat axe in his hands.
Fans are going crazy over RK's look. In the comments, Ranbir's supporters used fire and heart-eyes emojis. Other fans wanted to know when the trailer would be released.
One of the RK's Fan had shared the poster on Instagram, quoting "Ranbir Kapoor in a MENACING RAW DACOIT AVATAR"
Director Karan stated in response to the poster's publication, "We continue to organise our lives to land things at the ideal time, but we forget that the Universe is always on time. Incidents like these exemplify it! I'm glad his admirers adore Ranbir Kapoor's appearance and the Shamshera poster."
Karan added in his statement, "We planned to launch our campaign in the middle of next week, but it appears that fans couldn't wait. I can't say I blame them. They've been waiting much too long. Ranbir returns to the big screen after a four-year absence, and the anticipation is palpable. "I'm just delighted the reactions have been positive."
