Heavy rain, thunderstorms, and hailstorms are forecast across the state from March 15-18, according to the agency.
It should be noted that the Central Meteorological Department (CMD) has issued an observation indicating that rainfall in Assam has reduced by 76%. The rainfall in January and February was approximately 76% less than usual.
Also, it is to be mentioned that rainfall has dropped by 100% in certain districts of Assam.
Additionally, Rainfall has plummeted by 53% in Arunachal Pradesh, 98% in Manipur, 98% in Meghalaya, 100% in Mizoram, 100% in Nagaland, and 100% in Tripura, in addition to Assam.
