    Heavy rain forecast in isolated areas in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim.

    Digital Desk: On September 23-23, 2022, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted moderate rainfall with isolated heavy falls and thunderstorms over Uttarakhand, West Uttar Pradesh (UP), East UP, East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya.

    The weather service also provided information on the path of the South West monsoon withdrawal, which will pass through Khajuwala, Bikaner, Jodhpur, and Naliya.

    Heavy rain is forecast in isolated areas in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, West Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim, as well as Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Meghalaya.

    Fishermen are being warned.

    Squally winds of up to 65 km/h are expected over the southwest and adjoining west-central Arabian Sea, along and off the Somalia coast, the Gulf of Mannar and neighboring Comorin area, and the south Tamil Nadu coast. Fishermen are urged not to enter these waters.
