Mumbai: Looking regal in a Sabyasachi saree, teamed with a red dupatta as a veil, Patralekha was looking in every sense the demure Indian bride. Rajkummar Rao wore a white sherwani which he teamed with a pearl chain. The actor kept his look minimal for the wedding. Patralekha’s embroidered dupatta had a beautiful message written in Bengali along the border which reads, “Amar poran bhora bhalobasha aami tomaye somorpan korilam (I surrender my heartfelt love to you).” She accessorized her look with a stone-studded matha matti and a heavy choker and an earring set. She also wore some gold kadhas and kundan bangles along with it. She looked mesmerising dressed as a bride.
The photos the couple shared on social media were from the pheras.
“Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa Here’s to forever .. and beyond @patralekhaa (sic),” Rajkummar Rao captioned the photo.
Patralekhaa also shared pictures from the wedding and wrote, “I got married to my everything today; my boyfriend, my partner in crime, my family, my soulmate…My best friend for the last 11 years! There is no greater feeling than to be your wife! Here’s to our forever… @rajkummar_rao (sic).”
