2. Fatty meats and cheese

and sodium. This can increase your risk of heart disease and have a negative
impact on your overall health.
"To balance your meals,
choose leaner meats and lower-fat cheese options," Nmami said.
3. Milk with citrus fruits
Acids are found in citrus
fruits such as oranges. When coupled with milk, this acid can curdle the milk
and cause gastric problems. So, avoid ingesting them at the same time and leave
ample space between them.
4. Iron and calcium
Iron and calcium are two
essential elements for humans. When ingested together, however, your body will
be unable to absorb both nutrients.
Combine iron with vitamin C
and calcium with vitamin D for improved absorption.
