Digital Desk: The Assam Police Sub-Inspector recruiting exam has sparked new controversies once more. In its last controversy, the written examination paper was leaked in 2020.
Now, in the latest turn of controversy, the question paper from the Sunday SI recruiting exam reportedly went viral on social media.
Following the previous incident, the test for sub-inspector recruitment was conducted under close observation. However, the paper got leaked, shattering all the dreams of the aspirants.
Notably, mobile phones and any electronic gadgets of the candidates and the invigilators were barred in the examination centres. Moreover, candidates were also required to deposit their question papers and answer scripts before leaving the examination centre.
Regardless of the rules, questions have risen about how the question paper could go viral on social media.
Previously, the question paper for the written examination for 597 unarmed sub-inspectors in the Assam Police Department was leaked on September 20, 2020, after which the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Assam, cancelled the exam after it began.
