Youth tries to make a video with an elephant, Hospitalised

Digital Desk: The younger generation is the most active on social media these days. Making reels or films on YouTube has turned into a competition among teenagers. Furthermore, they can go to any length to become well-known among the thousands.

But what if anything goes horribly wrong? In Assam's Golaghat district, a young child was severely injured and hospitalized today while attempting to create a movie with an elephant.

When a child named Pritam Saikia and his companions went to make a video with elephants in the Gageing area of Marangi Habigaon in the district, the tragedy occurred. Later, the elephant attacked the youngster, injuring him badly enough that he was brought to the hospital for treatment.

It should be reminded that taking unconventional and risky actions for the sake of entertainment or gaining popularity is perilous.
