    Domestic cylinder prices hiked by Rs 50; check details here

    Previously, diesel prices for bulk consumers were raised by Rs 25 per litre due to a 40% increase in global oil prices caused by the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.


    Digital Desk: After petrol and diesel, domestic LPG cylinder prices in Delhi, Mumbai, and other cities have been increased by more than Rs 50 on Tuesday (March 22). It's the first hike since October 6, 2021.

    From now onwards, the customers in Delhi and Mumbai will pay Rs 949.50 for an LPG cylinder, while those in Kolkata will pay Rs 976. Moreover, prices in Chennai have been raised to Rs 965.50, while in Lucknow, domestic LPG cylinders will cost Rs 987.50.

    Prices have also increased in Patna, where the LPG cylinder will now cost Rs 1,039.50.

    Since Tuesday, Petrol and diesel prices have also risen by 80 paise, this increase comes after 137 days. Now, a litre of petrol in Delhi will cost Rs 96.21, while diesel will cost Rs 87.47.
