Digital Desk: In a major relief to former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, a court on Friday suspended the arrest warrant against him in the Toshakhana case. Notably, the latest development comes just two days after the Lahore High Court ordered police to halt operations at his Zaman Park residence. The court ruled that no police action should be taken until the Islamabad High Court issues an order.

Notably, the PTI leader has been evading arrest attempts in the Toshakhana case and has remained inside his Zaman Park residence with hundreds of supporters gathered outside who have clashed with authorities.

On February 28, an Islamabad court reissued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khan and ordered the police to present him in court by March 18.
