Digital Desk: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued forecasts indicating the likelihood of light to moderate rainfall in several parts of the Northeast from Tuesday to Friday (Feb 20-23). 

Furthermore, lightning-accompanied thunderstorms are also predicted to occur throughout this time. In addition, IMD data indicates that some snowfall may occur in higher-altitude places.

More specifically, mild to moderate rain is predicted in several parts of Arunachal Pradesh, while isolated pockets are predicted to experience light snowfall. In addition, there is a chance of rain in a few locations in Assam and Meghalaya, as well as in a few isolated areas in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura.
