Digital Desk: Due to the Russian military incursion in Ukraine, an 11-year-old boy Hassan Piseka, who trekked 1400 kilometres and sought refuge in a neighbouring country has been reunited with his mother. This video is presently circulating on social media. Russian President Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine on February 24. According to the Ukrainian authorities, around 600 Ukrainians have been killed, and over 1,000 have been injured in Russian army attacks. Furthermore, the UN estimates that around 20 million Ukrainians have sought asylum in neighbouring nations. Many people have lost their families as a result of the conflict. The tragedy of mothers and dads travelling in refugee camps searching for their children is taking place.
