Mumbai: Indian Actress Bhumi Pednekar has been named as India's first M.A.C global cosmetics brand ambassador. She has presently opened up about using her mother's makeup during her childhood days.
She has revealed that she was a big fanatic of makeup. She said, "I have been exploring makeup since my childhood days. I remember I used to look at my mom adoringly whenever she started using makeup, and then next, I would use her kajal and apply on her foundation."
"But, I would always end up looking like a clown. Thankfully, her wardrobe was always opened for me throughout my childhood… and that's how my interest in makeup began," Bhumi added.
Apart from sharing my love for makeup, she has also shared her concern about skincare and its importance.
She said, "It's remarkably necessary to take care of your skin. I make sure I take loads of liquid and eat meals that keep my gut clear. I am a vegetarian, so that's a plus point. I see beauty more realistically. You have to embrace your body if you need it, pretty or gleaming. Talking of my skincare habit, I don't have a complex skincare routine…it's simply one facial cleanser lotion which I apply..that's about it," she continued.
Meantime, on the work aspect, Bhumi has several projects such as 'Raksha Bandhan', 'Badhaai Do' and 'Takht in her kitty in her upcoming release lists.
