Kolkata: A popular influencer from Kolkata, Sandy Saha, made headlines earlier this week after he allegedly parked his park near a flyover in Kolkata to shoot a dance video. The influencer shared a video of himself dancing on ‘Maa Flyover’ in Kolkata to address the episode wherein a purported image of the Kolkata flyover was featured in an Uttar Pradesh government advertisement.
After the video went viral, a case was filed against Sandy Saha by the Kolkata Police on Tuesday and was asked to appear at the Kolkata Police headquarters.
Saha took to Facebook to share a video of him dancing on the Maa Flyover as it rained heavily. The clip shows him dancing to the 1999 song Main Aai Hoon UP Bihar Lootne from the film Shool.
Saha, along with the driver of the car is now facing legal trouble as the Kolkata Police has filed a case on its own initiative and issued a notice to the owner of the vehicle on Tuesday morning. The traffic control room in Lalbazar identified the owner of the vehicle after watching the CCTV footage of the flyover along with the video posted by Sandy Saha on social media.
