From Yoga headstand to Chakrasana, Alaya F is hailed as a 'goddess' by Kubbra

Kubbra Sait of Jawaani Jaaneman praises 'goddess' Alaya F for her effortless transition from Yoga Sirsasana (headstand) to Chakrasana (wheel pose), and that's all the fitness motivation we need to hit the gym this weekend.

Digital Desk: We're convinced that Bollywood actor Alaya F is too flexible and devoid of a bone in her body after watching her effortlessly transition from Yoga headstand to Chakrasana and make Jawaani Jaaneman co-star Kubbra Sait hail her as a "lordess" in her morning workout.

Alaya made working out look fun and games as she burned calories from Sirsasana to wheel pose while listening to modern music in the background, providing the perfect fitness motivation to get us to the gym this weekend.

Alaya shared a video on her social media account that showed fans a glimpse of her intense workout. The diva wore a strappy pastel blue crop top with a pair of black, pink, and blue colour-blocked shorts and her hair pulled up into a messy bun to ace the athleisure look.

Alaya balanced her body weight on her crown as she lifted her legs in the air before slowly bringing them down in the opposite direction to make a wheel pose with her body. "Trying to use trending audios while still keeping my content true to me lol Yoga Saturdays with @pujiwoo (sic)," she wrote in the caption.

"LORDESS ALAYA!" exclaimed Kubbra, who was quick to respond. Alaya replied with a heartfelt "thank you!! (sic)" We've dragged out our girl gang for a group workout session this evening because of the togetherness.

    Benefits of Yoga Headstand:

Salamba Shirshasana, or simply Shirshasana, is a yoga headstand that improves the body's overall functionality by stimulating and providing fresh blood to various endocrine glands. It also strengthens the core and improves upper-body strength and endurance.

Chakrasana allows the spine to be very flexible. This should only be done when your stomach and bowels are empty.

It not only strengthens the buttocks, abdomen, vertebral column, human back, wrist, leg, and arm, but it also improves vision and relieves stress and tension in the body. This exercise is especially beneficial for people with asthma because it expands the chest and allows more oxygen to enter the lungs.

    Precaution while doing Headstand:

Headstand is not recommended during menstruation, high blood pressure, hiatal hernia, heart palpitations, or glaucoma. Though dubbed the "king" of all asanas, the Yoga headstand has been linked to injuries, so it should only be attempted after gaining a good sense of balance.
