Digital Desk: Today, when the educated youths are sitting idle, rejecting low paid jobs, Bollywood Badshah, 'King Khan', started his career with only 50 rupees which he earned in a concert of Ghazal Maestro Pankaj Udhas. Shah Ruk Khan, in an interview, confessed that he still cherishes his first earnings and said that one should begin somewhere to reach one's own destination.

Pankaj Udhas has gifted music lovers many beautiful songs to cherish. Apart from releasing solo albums, he also sang Bollywood songs that were imprinted in the audience's memory. Some of the chartbusters to his credit are "Chhithhi Aayi Hai", "Chandi Jaisa Rang", "Jiye toh jiye kaise", and "Chupke Chupke Sakhiyon Se". But not many are aware that Pankaj Udhas gave Bollywood not only some soulful songs but also brought actor John Abraham to the fore. Also, the Badshah of Bollywood, SRK, earned his first salary at a Pankaj Udhas concert.
