    videos show a Hindu goddess in an inappropriate manner.

    court on August 6 by Judge Abhishek Kumar, who stated that she needed to be
    heard before any orders were made.

    summons of the action and notice of the motion for an injunction because, according
    to the undersigned (judge), "the defendant needs to be heard before
    passing any order against them."

    further stated that Manimekalai tweeted the poster using her Twitter account.
    Raj Gaurav's petition also asked for a temporary restraining order to prevent
    Manimekalai from portraying goddesses in the manner in which they have been in
    the poster, film, and tweet.
