    3 effective Ayurvedic tips to heal Migraine Pain

    2. Cumin-Cardamom Tea

    can be consumed an hour after lunch or dinner or whenever migraine symptoms are
    noticeable. Making it is pretty simple. Take half a glass of water, add 1
    cardamom and 1 tsp of cumin seeds (jeera), and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.

    3. Cow Ghee
