Washington: President Joe Biden has stated that social media firms are killing people by breaking due to police misinformation on their platforms concerning COVID-19 vaccines.

The remarks came a day following US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy revealed misinformation regarding the vaccines a menace to public health, and as US officials suggested that mortality and severe illness from the disease are essentially completely preventable because of the vaccines.

Biden, inquired if he had a word for platforms like Facebook where incorrect or misleading knowledge regarding the coronavirus vaccines has expanded, informed reporters, They're killing people.
