Skincare tips for anti-ageing during winter that you must need to follow- Expert
This winter, dermatologists came to save us by sharing ideas on what a perfect skincare routine should look like...

Digital Desk: Many of us generally suffer from skincare issues during the winter season, your face cracks, your skin gets dry and whatnot! It becomes dull and dry if we don't take care of our skin throughout the winter. Prolonged dryness might raise the likelihood of fine lines and wrinkles, hastening the ageing process.

Although ageing is unavoidable, it is critical to nourish your skin both inside and out to maintain a healthy radiance.

This winter, dermatologist Dr. Chytra shared her advice aid by posting an Instagram Reel with recommendations on what an ideal skincare routine should look like if one wishes to delay the ageing process.

This quick approach includes drinking plenty of water, using a hydrating serum, and moisturising the face with a ceramide-containing moisturiser.

"The best anti-ageing skincare tip this winter, quench the skin's thirst, hydration internally and externally with water," she was quoted as saying in the film.

    Tips for Anti-Ageing Skincare

1| Use a moisturising serum containing sodium hyaluronate.

    2| Use a ceramide-containing moisturiser.

3| Use hydration pills containing ceramides and hyaluronic acid.

    4| Consider a medifacial at a dermatologist's office.

    5| Use sunscreen.

6| Retinol should be used at the end of the overnight skincare routine.

She also recommended using a moisturising serum containing sodium hyaluronate for deep hydration. She also suggested taking hydration pills containing ceramides and hyaluronic acid. However, first visit your dermatologist.

The expert stated that following a skincare programme is not enough to nurture the skin. She emphasised the need to get a medical at a skin doctor's office for a boost.

She emphasised the necessity of utilising sunscreen and retinol, a vitamin A derivative that is a significant anti-ageing component.
