Dr. Dixa Bhavsar, a specialist in Ayurveda, advised drinking a good Ayurvedic beverage every morning in addition to eating healthy foods.
She shared the recipe and advantages of this winter drink on Instagram, explaining, "Begin your morning with this winter drink for hair fall, migraine, weight loss, hormonal balance, regulating sugar levels, insulin resistance, bloating and enhanced immunity (to prevent cough-cold)."
Follow the steps to make this "winter morning drink" at home:
Things Needed-
1| 2 glasses of water (500 ml)
2| 7-10 curry leaves
3| 3 ajwain leaves
4| tbsp coriander seeds
5| 1 tsp cumin seeds
6| 1 powdered cardamom and
7| 1-inch grated ginger slice
The process to make the Concoction:
1| Then, on a medium burner, boil the mixture for five minutes with all the spices added.
2| Your warm winter morning beverage is ready after straining the liquid.
