Digital Desk: Days after the seat-share deal, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav joined Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Agra. He said, "I am happy that Rahul Gandhi Ji's 'Mohabbat Ki Dukaan' has now reached Agra. Agra is a city of love, so he can collect tremendous love from here & spread it all over the Yatra."

Akhilesh Yadav said, as quoted by ANI, "...I would like to thank the public...In the coming days, the biggest challenge is to save the democracy, and the Constitution, to fulfill the dreams of Dr BR Ambedkar, that has been ruined by the BJP... 'BJP haatao, desh bachao...."
Congress and SP agreed to share seats a few days back. There is also Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who assisted in bringing the long-abandoned parties' agreement to a close. Welcoming Akhilesh to the Yatra Priyanka said, "Greetings from 'It's a very happy day today. We are battling together to preserve the nation's democracy and constitution.”
Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, currently travelling through Uttar Pradesh's Agra. Akhilesh Yadav became the first key alliance leader to join the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra after the seat-sharing agreement between the two parties. Trinamool Congress chief stayed away from joining the Yatra when it passed through West Bengal because of a recent spat between the two parties.
