Court rejects Aryan Khan’s bail again, NCB’s Sameer Wankhede says “Satyamev Jayate”

Mumbai: Son of the megastar Aryan Khan’s struggle to get bail from the drug bust case continues further. On Wednesday, a Special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act court has again rejected the bail application of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

In addition to Khan, the special court has also refused to grant bail to his friend Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha, who has been nabbed by the Narcotics Control Bureau during a drug bust operation onboard a cruise ship in Mumbai on October 2nd.

According to the latest information from the sources, Aryan Khan’s lawyers have reportedly decided now to move to the Bombay High Court to get him relief. Meanwhile, Khan has to continue spending more nights at the jail.

Khan has already been imprisoned for 18 days jail along with the co-accused in the case inside the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai. According to reports the courts are likely to go for a vacation from the first week of November due to the upcoming Diwali season. Therefore, if Khan fails to avail a bail before this he might have to stay behind the bars for a longer period.

There has been no statement or any social media comment from Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan so far.

Similarly, the NCB’s zonal director Sameer Wankhede has also refused to give any comment after the court’s hearing. However, he signed off saying “Satyamev Jayate”.
